Memphis to Milledgeville (the graduate school years)
You know, I had plans to apply to all of these amazing MFA programs, but I ended up deciding not to because I wasn't ready to leave Memphis yet. I'm glad I didn't, but now I'm jealous of all of your happy mail waiting...maybe I'll get a phd and have happy mail waiting for that?
Now all I want to do is send you happy mail!(I'm so tender-hearted)And I don't even have more happy mail to report (yet).~~J

I finally got the anticipated paperwork from GMU!Now I have written proof that they want me--the e-mail could've been a fluke, ya know?This upcoming week will be the ultimate "MFA March Madness" test!~~J
